1. Quality Control
We have quality standards set in our factories and formulate strict quality control standards and inspection processes to ensure that every step of the process meets industry standards and customer requirements. We also conduct regular quality inspections during project execution, including reviews of material quality, fabrication process, and installation accuracy.
2. Budget Management
Cost budgeting: Detailed planning of the project budget, including material costs, production costs, labor, transportation, and installation costs. Continuously monitor and adjust the budget during project execution to ensure that project costs do not exceed the initial budget.
3. Time Management
Many of the projects we undertake have strict time requirements, such as the castle project in Bulgaria and the park project in the U.S. We will formulate a detailed project timetable, specifying the key time points for each stage, such as design approval, material purchase, sculpture production, transportation, and installation.
We provide our clients with professional consulting on cost control, helping them to define their cost control objectives and strategies at the project planning stage. What the clients think of, we do; what the clients don’t ask for, we do; what the clients really need, our team will take the initiative to provide professional advice to help the clients realize. At the same time, in order to help our clients advance their work more effectively and avoid all problems, we provide professional and free project consulting and sculpture design services at the beginning.
After more than 40 years of development in engraving technology, the standard of workmanship in our factory has reached the artistic level of Europe and America. However, thanks to China’s low production costs (materials, labor, productivity), we are able to reduce our prices by at least 30% compared to Europe and the United States.
1. Scale purchasing
Bulk purchase of materials: We utilize our long-accumulated supply chain relationships and large-scale purchasing advantages to obtain lower material prices. Bulk purchase of raw materials such as copper, stainless steel, or stone can significantly reduce the unit cost.

Original Sculpture Design
Our team of experienced designers, engineers, and technologists provide a full range of services from conceptual design to final implementation, customizing one-of-a-kind sculptural works of art based on client needs and site-specific conditions. We ensure that the original design is only for the client’s service and the copyright is owned by the client.
Projects using great original sculptures tend to have a greater sense of artistry and value than projects decorated with common art sculptures. And the artistry can last much longer.
Global Logistics and Installation
For small quantities, air freight is the most commonly used mode of transportation, which is fast, inexpensive, and does not require the customer to declare customs, door-to-door transportation.
For large quantities, sea freight is the most common way of transportation, the cost is relatively cheap and is the choice of most clients.
For inland countries, we will use car or train transportation. The transportation cost is lower and faster.
On-site assembly: provide on-site assembly service to reduce the cost and risk of transporting large sculpture parts.
We offer a variety of transportation options to customize the most suitable solution for the customer’s sculpture to ensure the safe arrival of the sculpture.
