About Our Factory
Who we are and what we make.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Trevi Statue is based in Quyang County, Hebei, known as "The Sculpture Hometown of China", and our factory was founded in 1983. Clay modeling, casting or carving, welding, polishing and finishing are all done in our own workshops, so you deal directly with the people who make your sculpture. You are welcome to visit the factory at any time.
What types of sculptures do you make?
Our main collections are:
- Custom bronze sculpture: animals, figures, sports statues, fountains, museum and modern pieces
- Landscape sculpture: stainless steel mirror sculptures, Corten steel, metal trees, spheres, letters, lighting sculptures
- Marble projects: fountains, gazebos, statues, animals, fireplaces
- Memorial sculpture: military, firefighter, police, first responders, famous people
- Religious sculpture: church statues, Virgin Mary, Jesus, saints, Holy Family
Who do you work with?
Our clients include governments, companies, galleries, artists, architects, landscape designers, churches, hotels, developers and private collectors. We have delivered projects in countries around the world, from private hunting ranch wildlife bronzes in the U.S. to large stainless steel sculptures for the UAE government.
Do you accept small or single-piece orders?
Yes. We accept single-piece orders as well as large multi-piece projects. For bulk or repeat orders, we can offer better pricing and tailored contract terms.
Custom Design
From a photo or sketch to a finished sculpture.
Can you make a sculpture from my photo, sketch or idea?
Yes, custom work is a core part of what we do. You can send any of the following:
- Photos or reference images
- Hand sketches or drawings
- CAD drawings or 3D files
- Architectural plans and site information
- An existing artwork you would like reproduced
Our designers will then prepare drawings, a 3D model or a clay model for your approval before production begins.
What can be customized?
Design, size, material, color and surface finish can all be adjusted to your requirements. We work with suppliers of marble, bronze, stainless steel and other materials, so you can choose what suits the project and the budget.
Do I own the copyright of an original design you create?
Yes. Original designs created for a client are made only for that client, and the copyright belongs to the client.
Is design and consulting free?
We provide free project consulting and initial sculpture design support at the start of a project, including advice on materials, size, installation and cost control, so you can plan with confidence before committing.
How do I get a quotation?
Send us a message with as much of the following as you have:
- Reference image, sketch or drawing
- Approximate size or height
- Preferred material and finish
- Quantity and installation location (indoor or outdoor)
- Destination country or port
If you are not sure about some details, that is fine. Our team will recommend suitable options and send a detailed quotation.
Materials & Durability
Choosing the right material for your site.
Which material should I choose: bronze, stainless steel or marble?
- Bronze: classic, highly detailed and very long-lasting. Ideal for figures, animals, memorials and fountains.
- Stainless steel: modern, reflective or colorful, and well suited to large public and landscape pieces.
- Marble: traditional and elegant, popular for religious statues, gardens, fountains and architectural elements.
Tell us where the sculpture will stand and your budget, and we will suggest the best fit. You can also read our guide How Long Does a Sculpture Last?
Are your sculptures suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. Bronze, stainless steel, Corten steel and natural marble are all used outdoors for monuments, parks, fountains and gardens. The structure, wall thickness, surface treatment and installation method are designed to match your local climate, whether that is heavy rain, snow, coastal salt air or strong sun.
How is bronze different from brass?
Bronze is mainly copper and tin and is the traditional alloy for cast sculpture. It has excellent casting detail, strength and weather resistance, and develops a patina over time. We cast in bronze using the lost-wax process. See Lost-Wax Bronze Casting to learn more.
Will the surface color change over time?
Bronze naturally changes tone as it ages outdoors, which many clients value. A protective wax or lacquer coat slows this, and we can apply different patinas such as brown, green, black or gold-tone finishes. Stainless steel can be mirror polished, brushed or colored, and Corten steel develops a rust-like surface by design.
Production & Quality
How your sculpture is made and checked.
What is your production process?
- Project discussion: size, style, material, site and budget are confirmed.
- Design approval: drawings, 3D model or clay model are prepared and signed off by you.
- Production: bronze is cast by lost-wax method, stainless steel is fabricated and welded, and marble is hand carved.
- Finishing: polishing, patina or coating, and detail refinement.
- Quality inspection: structure, proportions, surface and details are checked.
- Packing and delivery: export packing, shipping and installation support.
How long does production take?
It depends on size, complexity and quantity. As a general guide, small pieces take a few weeks, while life-size bronze and marble statues usually take roughly 2 to 3 months, and large monuments or fountains take longer. We will confirm a schedule with key dates for design approval, production, transport and installation when we quote.
Can I see the sculpture before it is shipped?
Yes. We send photos and videos at key stages: clay model, casting or carving progress, finishing and packing. We do not pack your sculpture until you have approved the final result, and you are welcome to inspect it at our factory.
How do you control quality?
We follow set quality standards and inspect materials, fabrication and finishing at every stage. For larger projects we also check assembly accuracy before disassembly and packing, so installation on site goes smoothly.
Shipping & Installation
Getting your sculpture safely to your site.
How do you ship sculptures internationally?
- Air freight: for small quantities. Fast, with door-to-door delivery available.
- Sea freight: the most common and economical choice for larger or heavier orders.
- Road or rail: for inland countries, where it is often faster and cheaper.
We will propose the most suitable option for your sculpture and destination.
How are sculptures packed?
Each piece is wrapped in protective foam and placed in strong wooden crates, with internal supports to hold it in position. Very large sculptures can be shipped in sections with reinforced packing. We send packing photos before shipment.
Do you arrange transport insurance?
Yes. We can arrange transport insurance for your shipment. If anything is damaged in transit, please contact us right away with photos so we can help find the best solution.
Do you provide installation?
Yes. We provide installation drawings, instructions and remote guidance for every project. For large bronze or stainless steel sculptures, we can also assemble large pieces on site, which reduces the cost and risk of transporting oversized parts. Please tell us your site conditions early so we can plan the base and anchoring details.
What maintenance does a sculpture need?
Very little. Rinse with clean water and a soft cloth to remove dust and dirt. Bronze can be re-waxed once or twice a year to protect the patina, and stainless steel can be wiped to restore shine. Avoid abrasive cleaners. We can provide a maintenance guide with your order.
Payment & After-Sales
Terms, budget and support.
How much does a sculpture cost?
The price depends on design, size, material, level of detail and shipping destination, so every sculpture is quoted individually. Because we control production in our own factory, our prices are at least 30% lower than comparable European and U.S. suppliers, with the same standard of workmanship.
What are your payment terms?
Typically an advance deposit is paid to start production, and the balance is paid after you approve the finished sculpture and before shipment, by bank transfer. For large projects, installment payment plans can be arranged. Exact terms are confirmed in your quotation.
Can I get a discount?
Larger orders, multiple pieces and long-term cooperation qualify for better pricing. We also offer special terms for repeat clients, such as discounts and maintenance support.
What if I have a problem after delivery?
Contact us at any time. Our team will review the issue with you, whether it concerns damage, installation questions or finishing, and work with you to resolve it.
