Project Overview
This project was a custom large-scale architectural sculpture commissioned by a client from Dubai, UAE. The client requested a highly detailed, museum-quality replica of the Burj Khalifa — the tallest building in the world — to be produced as a striking centerpiece for display. Our factory was tasked with translating the iconic silhouette of this landmark into a durable, finely detailed resin sculpture standing an impressive 5 meters tall.
As a landmark structure recognized around the globe, the Burj Khalifa presented a unique design challenge: capturing its tapering, spiraling form, its distinct tiered setbacks, and its slender spire, all while ensuring the finished piece could be safely transported, assembled, and displayed at full scale.

Design & Drawings
Before production began, our design team conducted in-depth reference research and developed detailed technical drawings and 3D digital models of the tower. Every tier, facade panel, and structural transition was carefully mapped out to scale, ensuring dimensional accuracy and proportional balance across all sections. The design phase also included planning for modular construction — dividing the 5-meter structure into manageable sections that could be cast, finished, and later assembled on-site without compromising the smooth, continuous lines of the original architecture.
Production Process
- Mold Making: Precision molds were created for each tiered segment of the tower, capturing the fine surface detailing that mimics the building’s real curtain-wall paneling.
- Resin Casting: High-strength resin was selected as the primary material for its durability, light weight relative to stone or metal, and ability to hold intricate surface detail — ideal for a sculpture of this scale.
- Segment Assembly: As shown in our workshop photos, the sculpture was constructed in vertical modular sections. Our skilled craftsmen used scaffolding to carefully align, stack, and secure each tier, working from the base upward to maintain the tower’s signature tapering silhouette.
- Surface Finishing: Each segment underwent detailed surface treatment and finishing work to achieve a refined, consistent texture and metallic-toned surface that echoes the reflective glass and steel of the real Burj Khalifa.
- Structural Reinforcement: Internal reinforcement was integrated throughout the assembly process to ensure the sculpture’s structural stability at full height, giving it the strength to stand securely as a long-term display piece.

Completion & Showcase
After weeks of meticulous mold work, casting, assembly, and finishing, the sculpture was completed at its full 5-meter height. The finished piece faithfully captures the elegant, tapering profile and spire of the Burj Khalifa, standing as a true scale tribute to one of the world’s most recognizable architectural icons.

Client Feedback
Upon receiving the completed sculpture, our client from Dubai was extremely pleased with the final result, praising the accuracy of the design, the quality of the craftsmanship, and the impressive visual impact of the piece. The sculpture now serves as a stunning showpiece that reflects both the grandeur of the original landmark and the precision of our production capabilities.
